The Citizens Bank of West Virginia Emerging Leaders Scholarship Program will provide $400,000 in scholarship awards, including a full ride scholarship for four years of tuition, room, and board to Davis & Elkins College! Scholarships are awarded to students who exemplify leadership and have a clear idea of how they would use the scholarship opportunity to pay it forward to their home state of West Virginia.
This scholarship is made possible through a partnership between Citizens Bank of West Virginia, Davis & Elkins College and WDTV.
