The Tiger Athletic Foundation is pleased to continue the William “Will” Thompson Memorial
Scholarship. Will was loved and admired by so many for his commitment to his country, community,
family and faith. As a graduate of Princeton High School, Will was a member of the Tiger football team
and a great teammate. Will’s children attend(ed) PikeView High School. Will loved attending sporting
events in which his children participated.
The Tiger Athletic Foundation will award a $1000.00 scholarship at both Princeton and PikeView High
School. The deserving student will be known for their high energy, positive attitude and enthusiasm, as
these are just a few characteristics of Will. In addition, the Scholarship Criteria is as follows;
1) The Student must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA to apply
2) The Student must plan to enroll in a minimum of 12 hours of college classes (Fall Semester 2024)
3) Proof of GPA and college enrollment must be mailed by August 1, 2024 before funds will be
distributed to the school you plan to attend.
